A Day in October, founded by Thomas and Emma Lipop based out of East London. A partner to a long standing furniture retailer and manufacturer based in Mumbai. The artisnal workshop have been in operation since 1955. The factory is located in Oshiwara, Mumbai and is where we work with skilled local craftspeople whose families have been making beautiful furniture for generations. We believe in sustainable restoration and the unmatched charm of true artisans. We work with a range of high quality materials such as solid teak, white oak, mild steel, rattan, brass and marble. Always authentic, always carefully restored and always true to their history.

Tom and his wife have been collecting and restoring for the past decade. A Day in October is where it began, a house full of mid century Antiques and objects is where the story continues.
